I am Thankful for Thanksgiving

What a relaxed and enjoyable day with my honey and pal.  Just the three of us maks good company.  Shane and I Roasted our first Turkey and to our suprise it turned out yummy!  I also made my first cheesecake which I can not stop eating and some mini pies.  We also spent the day Friday hanging lights on the house and working on other holiday projects.  Shane and I are thankful for our new home, our health, jobs, family, friends, Jack and most important each other.  We hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving.

My little pal is three years old!!  We celebrated Jack's b-day in style with his very own yummy dinner and he also got a new coat and two toys.  Not having any kids Shane and I need to spoil someone.  Jack's a lucky guy and very special too.  He came to live with us just at the most perfect time and has brought much happiness to our lives.  He still keeps us on our toes with one thing after the next.  Jack is a pro ball player, he can fetch like no other and will play ball for 30 min straight.  We love him and are Thankful to have him in our family.  Happy Borthday Jack. 

I Love Family

The weekend before Thanksgiving my family gathered in Cottage Grove, Oregon to have an early feast.  Cottage Grove being a central location and it seemed to work out perfect for all.  My older was the only one that had to come a longer distance.  She flew in from Utah and the rest traveled from Portland and Shane and I drove this other direction from Grants Pass.  It was a good time being with my family and enjoyed every moment.  When I look at this picture it brings me much joy knowing I come from such a great family and have such fond memories growing up, and I am thankful for two wonderful parents who raised a close loving family.  I am also blessed to have not only awesome siblings but best friends.  Love you guys.

The Great Pumpkin's

The Bonella's adventured out today to Fort Vannoy Farms/Pumpkin Patch in search of the Great Pumpkin.  Not only did we find one, but we found four!  Jack had a lot of attention, he was the only doggie, he got to go on a hay ride.  What a fun day. 

Old Friends Good Friends

I had a good time hanging out with my friends on Mondays in The Redwoods.  It's seems like forever since the three of us have gotten together.  What a great time it was to catch up on each other lives, share stories and reminess about the good old days.  Thanks Tammy and Jilenne for a fun day. 

Trip to Portland

Shane and I took a small trip to Portland this weekend to see family, my grandma in Seaside, attend our friends sealing at the temple and meet up with an old friend I haven't see in a while.  These are just some of the pictures we took while on our many adventures.
